Product Description

This is an all new 17A style front sight. These sights use the readily available Lyman 17A inserts (10 inserts included) and have the spirit level completely protected inside the globe. This sight has a .625" height as measured from the bottom of the dove tail to the center of the aperture.

    Called Mr Shaver for a recommended Front sight and this sight was a perfect fit. The dovetail was spot on. Small amount of retaining fluid and center sight. Perfect fit and The location of the level is very easy to see. Thanks Lee1

    My front site arrived very fast. The insert it came with was "stuck" and moderate force would not budge it. The reply by Lee Shaver was accurate and helpful. Also, he assured me any damage in removing the insert would be replaced/covered. A small burr was the culprit. All is well now. I am very happy with the sight and even happier with such good and ethical service.
