3. Unbeatable Quality and Clarity

   I had this sight installed on my Henry Golden Boy, and it is the best 17A style sight on the market in my opinion. I purchased this sight along with two Lyman 17A sights of different heights. The Shaver sight has a much better build quality and the inserts are thinner which leads to a better sight picture and better clarity. I will be selling the Lyman sights at my gun club’s swap meet. I paired this front sight with a Skinner Henry Octagon Screw Mount rear sight in black/gold, and the sights look amazing and line up perfectly. Thank you Shaver for an outstanding product and excellent customer service.

   Much better than a bead or blade type sight. Nice variety of inserts included you can select based on your shooting application.

   I ordered the 17A to compliment the peep sight on my Big Horn Armory M89 lever action. This was money very well spent and I look forward to enjoying the improved sight picture and accuracy.

7. Perfect for Lever Action Silhouette

   I like the moderately priced Lee Shaver .500" spirit level front sight on my Lever Action Silhouette rifles. It works well with a tang sight and helps me to aim the rifle while minimizing canting.
